The Virginia Educational Freedom Act

This year, Delegate Marie March has introduced our bold School Choice bill. She proved herself to be a fighter on other issues last year, and has pledged to fight for School Choice this year.

The bill would establish an Education Savings Account program and expands the Education Improvements Scholarships Tax Credits to open up eligibility and to incentivize higher corporate contributions.

HB 1396 has not been referred to a committee yet. Tell House Speaker Todd Gilbert to send HB 1396 to the Education Committee for a vote!
